TRANSCRIPT: It is a daily and a weekly and a monthly challenge to be honest with you. I recently left a fantastic job---this is the second time I've quit a really good job---in part because I needed more flexibility on the part of my family. Thankfully, I have a wife who is really quite understanding, because we keep sacrificing money for time. But, that is a sacrifice that we are prepared to make, and thankfully we have enough money to even consider that as an alternative. The balance comes in strategically moving from spending time to investing it. So, spending time at work, spending time with friends, versus investing time with work, investing time with friends, and investing time with family.
